The management of TALASUR S.L. considers the establishment of a quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system, with a process approach and risk and opportunity based thinking, an essential element to guarantee the success of our organisation. That is why TALASUR S.L. has implemented a quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system, the scope of which covers the activities of "Interior design. Design, elaboration and assembly of wooden carpentry elements. Integral reforms of buildings". The activities of design (of interiors and wooden carpentry elements), elaboration and assembly of wooden carpentry elements are managed and executed at the site located at Calle Mar de Tasmania s/n, Parque Empresarial Polaris World, C.P: 30591, Balsicas, Torre Pacheco, Murcia (Spain), and the activities of interior design and integral reforms of buildings are managed at the above mentioned site and executed at the client's sites.
The Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Policy of TALASUR S.L. is defined based on the purpose and context of the organisation, which is periodically analysed taking into account external and internal issues, requirements of the interested parties, as well as the nature, magnitude and environmental impacts of our activities, of the risks for Occupational Health and Safety, products and services, defining in this way the strategic direction of the organisation oriented to:

To establish a transparent communication policy with the social environment, informing about the activities of TALASUR S.L., about the protection and conservation of the environment and promoting respectful behaviour with the environment by our customers and suppliers.
To ensure that motivation, education and training are the tools to improve workers' skills and awareness of Quality, Environment and Health and Safety at Work, as well as being the ideal means to create a climate of fruitful co-operation between all departments of the company, suppliers and customers.

Use environmental criteria in the selection and evaluation of our suppliers.
When purchasing future work equipment, take into account the current legislation on machine safety in order to provide workers with safe work equipment from the outset.
Establish preventive criteria in the hiring of personnel, as well as in the contracting of works and services.
Conduct audits as a tool for verification and control of compliance with the requirements established by the integrated management system.
